IMPORTANT LOCATION REQUIREMENT: This position requires working onsite five days per week in Montgomery, AL . Please apply only if you are currently located in Alabama and able to commute to the Montgomery worksite. This is not a remote or hybrid opportunity.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Analyst to support Key Account Management and sales operations across the AM Region. This position will play a key role in keeping sales opportunities and customer commitments moving from initial intake through purchasing, contracting, delivery, invoicing, and collection.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in sales operations, SAP, Salesforce/CRM administration, purchasing, forecasting, invoicing, and cross-functional coordination . You should be highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to work closely with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Legal, PMO, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales operations trackers, weekly status reviews, action items, and monthly reporting.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce opportunities, accounts, stages, close dates, next steps, and pipeline data.
• Prepare pipeline, forecasting, bookings, purchasing, billing, and account-status reports.
• Coordinate IT purchasing activities, including quotes, approvals, orders, delivery confirmation, and billing handoffs.
• Prepare and track quotes, SOWs, MSAs, amendments, renewals, and supporting documentation .
• Track Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), goods receipts, invoices, AR activity, IO/WBS records, and approvals .
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal, PMO, KAMs, and site teams to resolve issues and keep deliverables moving.
• Support executive reporting, QBR/MBR preparation, action logs, risk summaries, and customer updates.
• Help improve processes through SOPs, templates, checklists, reporting tools, and practical automation.

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Business Operations, Procurement Operations, or a similar role.
• Experience with SAP purchasing/financial processes , including PR/PO activity, goods receipts, invoicing, AR visibility, and/or IO/WBS tracking.
• Hands-on CRM experience, with Salesforce strongly preferred .
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookups, data validation, reconciliation, and recurring reporting.
• Experience supporting multiple accounts, business units, or locations in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with quotes, SOWs, MSAs, purchase orders, contracts, and invoicing workflows .
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Montgomery, Alabama five days per week .

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Montgomery, AL.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
