Director / Associate Director of Product Management, Consumer Apps

Role
Director/Associate Director of Product Management for consumer digital health apps supporting chronic disease management.
Objectives
develop and execute strategies for Lilly's consumer companion apps, driving engagement, health outcomes, and customer trust.
Responsibilities
- define product vision, roadmaps, and prioritize features based on research and data insights;
- collaborate with design, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure user-centric, compliant solutions;
- manage partner relationships, oversee performance metrics, and advocate for consumer needs.
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in relevant field;
- 4+ years in product management, with experience in consumer-facing digital health products in regulated environments;
- strong storytelling, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Preferred
experience in healthcare, usability, or marketing, and familiarity with healthcare compliance (HIPAA, FDA).
High-Value Specifics
focus on digital health tools for chronic disease, regulated industry experience, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder engagement.
