Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled RN specializing in Emergency Department care for a travel assignment in Milledgeville, GA. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment where you will provide critical care to a diverse range of patients in a 22-plus surge bed unit with an average daily census of 85 patients.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ED

• Manage patients with common ED diagnoses such as chest pain, strokes, diabetes, and mental health issues
• Administer IV drips including Heparin, Insulin, Cardene, and Dopamine
• Perform phlebotomy and manage telemetry monitoring
• Operate various unit-specific medical equipment and technology
• Coordinate with hospitalists, intensivists, and RT on a 24/7 basis

Requirements of the RN - ED

• Active RN License in GA
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Basic Cardiac Rhythm (BCR) required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications
• TNCC and national emergency nursing certification preferred but not required
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an ED RN
