Material Handler

Overview SHINE Technologies is seeking a Material Handler – Quality Receiving who will be responsible for general shipping, quality receiving, stocking, handling, and distribution of materials at SHINE Technologies. The Material Handler will help maintain an uninterrupted supply of materials by ensuring the warehouse and other storage locations are kept in an organized and accurate state of control. The base salary range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00 per hour plus a comprehensive compensation package. This position has an anticipated start date of August 2026. Responsibilities Facility shipping, receiving, stocking and associated administrative tasks Completion of warehouse transactions using inventory control software application Equipment and material movement utilizing a forklift, pallet jack, etc. Periodic inventory of warehouse stock Support manufacturing with kitting and distribution of materials Perform quality receiving inspections of incoming material in accordance with cGMP and regulatory requirements Ensure proper documentation is completed to meet quality systems requirements Participate in facility safety programs Perform housekeeping activities such as keeping work areas and equipment clean Adhere to all SHINE safety policies, rules and regulations Ensure that all team members comply with safety rules and regulations Maintain quality systems and cGMP compliance for the business by ensuring team members follow processes, procedures, and instructions Inform management in a timely manner of regulatory inspections, serious GMP deficiencies, product defects, and related actions (e.g., quality related complaints, recalls, regulatory actions) Work on problems of moderate scope, exercising judgment within defined procedures and policies to obtain solutions and determine appropriate action Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum 2 years of warehousing or related supply chain experience Experience in a GMP environment a plus Experience in utilizing warehouse equipment such as forklifts Working knowledge of basic inventory control methods ERP knowledge (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365) a plus Good basic computer skills Ability to interact effectively with staff members from multiple levels and departments Ability to work in a team environment and to take directions as well as think independently Organizational skills and attention to detail are a must Ability to multi-task in a fast‑paced environment Eligibility for employment is conditioned on the applicant’s ability to qualify for access to information subject to U.S. Export Controls.
