Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic Dental Hygienist to support our mission to provide high‑quality dental care. The role will deliver direct patient care under general supervision, including scaling and prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants and fluoride application, charting, and customer service. Pay and Benefits Pay range: $40–50 per hour (negotiable based on experience). Sign‑on or relocation bonus up to $10,000 for full‑time, $5,000 for part‑time. Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with match Flexible spending accounts Paid time off and company holidays Continuing education credits and reimbursement of up to $250 per year for eligible courses Reimbursement for selected certification training and testing expenses (e.g., CPR, radiology, nitrous oxide) Responsibilities Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient Provide direct patient care, including scaling and prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants, fluoride, and related procedures under general supervision Offer Same Day Care opportunities and provide excellent customer service Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction Assess dental condition and needs, review patient medical history Adhere to all government regulations and company standards Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process Assist with dental and perio charting when necessary Take and save x‑rays into patient charts when necessary Provide memorable experiences by showing compassion for patients and parents Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire) EEO Statement We value teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation.
