Retail Sales Representative | Full-Time | In-Person | Paid Training

Competitive, outgoing, and ready for something new? Four Facets is growing our Cincinnati sales team and looking for people who enjoy working with others, setting goals, and seeing their effort pay off.

You don’t need previous sales experience to get started. We provide paid training, hands-on experience, and ongoing coaching to help you learn the role.

What You'll Do:

• Meet and communicate with customers in a retail environment
• Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and service options
• Assist customers throughout the sales and enrollment process
• Build positive customer relationships
• Represent our clients professionally
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Participate in ongoing sales and product training

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive and professional attitude
• Goal-oriented and motivated to learn
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers
• Dependable, coachable, and team-oriented
• Retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is helpful, but not required
• Availability to work a full-time retail schedule, including weekends as needed

Compensation & Training:

• Base pay or commission, based on performance
• New representatives typically earn $800–$1,200 per week
• Uncapped commission earning potential
• Paid training
• Ongoing sales and product coaching
• Performance-based incentives
