Registered Nurse RN PRN Emergency Good Samaritan Hospital

Overview This position is located at Good Samaritan Hospital in Greensboro, GA. It is a part-time PRN Registered Professional Nurse (RN) role. Responsibilities A Registered Professional Nurse who is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients. Demonstrates thorough knowledge of therapeutic patient care, patient advocacy, team dynamics, and hospital systems. Serves as a resource support staff. Requires a high degree of initiative and independent judgment. This PRN position is to help support the full-time staff RNs. Position Requirements Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia. Education: Graduation from an NLM-accredited school of nursing. Experience: One year of recent Registered Nursing experience preferred (within the past five years). Special Qualifications: Current BCLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC mandatory (required within first year of employment if not certified). TNCC preferred. Degree of Supervision Required: Able to function independently with minimal supervision. Directly responsible to the Charge Nurse in directing and providing patient care.
