Experienced Plumbing Project Manager

Location: Indianapolis, IN


Job Type: Full-Time


We are seeking an Experienced Plumbing Project Manager to oversee commercial and/or residential plumbing projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects, teams, schedules, and budgets while maintaining strong client relationships.


Responsibilities

• Manage plumbing construction projects from kickoff to completion
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, field supervisors, vendors, and subcontractors
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and manpower planning
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and change orders
• Track project costs, billing, and forecasting
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and code requirements
• Attend project meetings and provide progress updates
• Resolve project issues proactively to maintain timelines and profitability
• Support estimating and pre-construction efforts as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plumbing project management experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and construction practices
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• Journeyman or Master Plumbing License (preferred but not required)
• Experience with healthcare, industrial, multi-family, or large commercial projects
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Viewpoint, or similar software
