Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring Yard Workers for projects in the Boerne TX area. The pay range is $16-18 per hour based on experience. All yard workers are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for dedicated, safe, productive workers to join our team. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

Ultimate Job Duties

• Organize the yard

• Tag upcoming jobs

• Pull material and hardware

• Stage material

• Loading and unloading of trucks

• Maintain a safe and clean yard

• Other duties as assigned

Ultimate Yard Worker Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in yard management or similar roles

• Appropriate PPE (gloves, safety glasses, steel toe boots)

• Must have basic tools like hammers, wrenches, and tape measures

• Ability to perform regular standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance
