Retail Co-Store Manager

Co Team Leader The Co Team Leader is required to provide leadership for the successful operation of the entire sales floor and receiving area. The CTL creates and leads a sales team that is passionate about selling merchandise and ensuring a good associate and customer experience. Responsibilities include all aspects of merchandising, Associate development, customer service, and financial oversight. Responsibilities Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and the timely completion of related reports to ensure financial and operational goals are met. Demonstrate Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors in providing exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences; make sure company standards are consistently demonstrated. Ensure that store standards, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet all operational expectations. Develop and execute talent planning to insure associate growth. Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for the business needs are met. Perform all functions to open and close the store when needed and any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis Must have a valid Driver’s license Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner. Compensation New Hire Starting Pay: $48,000-55,000. Pay ranges may differ by location. Actual associate pay will be based on work location, position, experience, skill level, qualifications, and other relevant factors. Associate will not be compensated below the minimum wage for the specific location where the individual has applied in accordance with city, county, and state requirements. Eligible Experience Management experience with companies such as Walmart, 5 Below, Burlington Stores, Big Lots, Dollar General, Rural King, Gabes, Dicks Sporting Goods, Bed Bath and Beyond is beneficial.
