This role serves as a key strategic partner, ensuring business priorities are effectively evaluated, prioritized, resourced, and executed across the organization. The Director provides leadership and oversight for the Project Management Office and Change Management teams while establishing the governance, processes, and performance metrics necessary to drive operational excellence and successful commercialization of new products. This position works cross-functionally with Marketing, Research & Development, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to align business objectives, improve execution, and accelerate organizational results. Essential Functions Own and oversee the organization's Product Lifecycle Management process, ensuring alignment between business strategy, commercialization objectives, operational capabilities, and resource capacity. Establish and maintain portfolio governance processes that prioritize organizational initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives. Partner with executive leadership and organizational leaders to evaluate, prioritize, and resource new product, operational, and strategic initiatives Drive accountability across cross-functional leadership teams to ensure initiatives remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Lead the organization's New Product Development process from concept approval through commercialization, ensuring effective coordination across all business functions. Oversee change management activities, including product, formulation, packaging, manufacturing, quality, system, and supply chain changes. Develop and maintain key performance indicators related to project execution, speed-to-market, lifecycle performance, portfolio health, and organizational effectiveness, and report on portfolio performance, capacity, risk, and commercialization readiness to executive leadership. Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency, accelerate project execution, simplify business processes, and enhance cross-functional collaboration. Lead the PMO and Change Management teams, providing strategic direction, performance management, coaching, and development. Additional ResponsibilitiesSupport company, department, and safety policies, procedures, programs, and activities, including filling in for others as needed.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Perform other duties as assigned.Job QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or related field required.PMP certification is preferred.7+ years of progressive experience in project management, product lifecycle management, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or related leadership roles.Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.Experience leading New Product Development and commercialization activities within a manufacturing environment.Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and organizational initiatives through successful completion.Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), stage-gate processes, change management, and project portfolio management.Proven ability to build relationships, influence decision-making, and drive results across multiple departments.Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to prioritize multiple projects and competing business demands in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management software.Physical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to touch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.The employee must exert up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force to move objects.Specific vision abilities required by this job include near acuity, far acuity, depth perception, accommodation, color vision, and field of vision.Our BenefitsJoin our team and enjoy a comprehensive package of competitive benefits and perks designed to support your well-being and professional growth.
