Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Expected 36 hours/week | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 6-bed Critical Care Unit within a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital
• Monitor and manage critically ill patients across a night shift schedule
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Participate in weekend and holiday shifts as part of the expected rotation
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Washington or a compact state license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Prior experience in Critical Care or ICU nursing
• Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), including weekends and holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health records
• Background in Critical Access Hospital or similar small-hospital environments
• Familiarity with high-acuity patient populations in a fast-paced critical care setting
