Branch Manager (Staffing) - Morrow, Georgia

MissionHires is seeking a Branch Manager (Staffing) on behalf of a nationally recognized staffing organization serving light-industrial and manufacturing clients. This sales-first leader will drive new business, expand key accounts, and collaborate with recruiting/operations to deliver exceptional service. Ideal candidates are competitive, quota-exceeding staffing sales professionals with strong B2B new-business development experience and a consultative approach. Leadership experience is a plus but not required. Responsibilities Develop and execute local sales strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue Build and maintain long-term client partnerships through consultative, solution-oriented selling Drive new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and on-site client visits Grow existing accounts by introducing additional staffing solutions and services Manage and grow a personal portfolio of accounts while contributing to overall branch performance Collaborate closely with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful client delivery and service execution Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and local market opportunities to inform sales strategy Contribute to a positive, high-performance branch culture through teamwork, accountability, and results orientation Requirements Minimum 2 years of proven outside B2B staffing sales experience Demonstrated success in new business development and consistent quota attainment or overachievement Strong prospecting, territory development, and client relationship management skills Experience selling staffing solutions to plant managers, HR leaders, or operations teams (strongly preferred) Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment Leadership or team oversight experience is a plus, but not required Benefits Base salary $75K plus uncapped commission potential (six-figure earnings achievable in the second year). 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
