Position Overview: Orthopedic Physical Therapist

Were seeking a passionate Physical Therapist with a strong interest or background in orthopedic health and rehabilitation . This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex musculoskeletal conditions, has a growth mindset, and brings energy and empathy into every patient interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide range of orthopedic conditions , including post-surgical cases, joint dysfunctions, tendon/ligament injuries, and chronic pain.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with a strong foundation in evidence-based orthopedic practices .
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and high-quality care.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and performance optimization.
• Create an exceptional patient experience by fostering trust, education, and empowerment .
• Contribute to team culture through positivity, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
• Stay current with continuing education and clinical advancements, particularly in orthopedics and manual therapy .
• Deliver the kind of care that creates "WOW" moments the ones patients remember.

What Were Looking For:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
• Current state licensure (or eligibility)
• New graduates welcome we offer strong mentorship, especially in orthopedic care
• Passion for orthopedics, sports rehab , and helping patients return to what they love
• Strong manual therapy skills or interest in developing them
• Excellent communication skills clear, honest, and compassionate
• A team-oriented mindset and a servants heart
