As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member in upholding our service philosophy to provide the highest level of customer service. You are responsible for handling incoming calls and scheduling service calls to meet customer requirements. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day day-to-day basis.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Customer Support & Inbound Calls
• Missed call & Voicemail Followup
• Survey and Review Requests
• Estimate Follow-Up Calls
• Outbound Calls to Existing Customer Base
• Invoicing

Job Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills

• Team player who can work independently

Hours:

• Sunday 7:30am-4:30pm
• Monday through Thursday 7pm-4pm

Compensation: $19.00 per hour
