Accounts Receivable And Revenue Support

Under the supervision of the Senior Finance Manager, provides A/R and Revenue support to the finance department.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assist with the sorting and reconciling of payments and correspondence for managed companies.

Update Excel spreadsheets

When needed, update various revenue spreadsheets via Excel.

Perform Deposits

Compile and deposit checks/payments for all companies

Send Remits/Correspondence to Billing Companies

Upload and send all remits and correspondence to appropriate billing companies

Enter monthly management fee invoices and other A/R invoices as assigned.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements:

Associate Degree preferred

2 plus years of experience in an administrative role

Skills & Abilities Requirements:

Prior experience in an office setting required.

Ability to handle multiple assignments at the same time with moderate supervision.

Above average customer service and written communication skills required.

Computer skills, including knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Possess good problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

Body Positions: Sitting and standing for prolonged periods.

Body Movements: Arm and hand dexterity.

Body Senses: Must have command of close and distant sight, color perception and hearing.

Strength: Ability to lift and move up to 25-pounds.

Working Environment:

Work in an office, where the climate is controlled

Occasional travel between medical groups and/or hospitals when necessary. 0-25 % of the time.

OSHA exposure category: III

Category I Position includes tasks that involve exposure to Blood borne Pathogens.

Category II Position includes tasks that do not have exposure to Bloodborne Pathogens, however employment may require unplanned Category I tasks.

Category III Positions includes tasks that do not involve exposure to Bloodborne Pathogens. This position would not be required to perform Category I tasks.
