Tax Senior Associate | Private Client Services (PCS) Florida Full Time Job Overview As a Tax Senior Associate in our Private Client Services (PCS) team at Local Outsourced Accounting (ACGDEPT), you will play a key role in managing tax compliance and consulting engagements for high-net-worth individuals, families, and their related entities. You will supervise and mentor staff, review complex tax returns, and provide strategic tax planning and advisory services. Supervise and review the preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, trusts, estates, and closely held businesses. Provide proactive tax planning and consulting services to private clients, including high-net-worth individuals and family offices. Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Research complex tax issues and provide clear, concise recommendations to clients and team members. Mentor, train, and develop junior staff and interns, providing feedback and guidance. Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor. Assist with IRS and state tax audits, notices, and correspondence. Stay current on tax law changes and industry trends relevant to private clients. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s in Taxation preferred. CPA license required. 4+ years of relevant tax experience, preferably in public accounting or a similar client service environment. Strong knowledge of individual, trust, and estate tax compliance and planning. Experience supervising and reviewing work of junior staff. Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills. Proficiency with tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
