Shift: 24/7/365 coverage (can be as a NICU intensivist or Nurse Practitioner)
Hours/week: Flexible, based on unit needs
Employment Type: Contract/Per diem
License/Certs: Current Nurse Practitioner's license, BC/BE in Critical Care/Intensive Care (if applicable)
Experience: Relevant critical care experience required

What You ll Do:

Provide advanced nursing care within the ICU/Critical Care setting, focusing on high-acuity patients
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Perform assessments and diagnostic procedures as required
Manage patient treatments, monitor progress, and adjust interventions accordingly
Document patient encounters accurately within electronic health records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols

What You Need:

Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts or eligible for licensure
Experience in Critical Care or Intensive Care settings preferred
Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
