SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – New Graduate Location: Bridgeton, MO Schedule: Full‑Time Day or Night – 6:45‑7:15, every 3rd weekend in rotation Compensation: Starting at $38.50 plus competitive shift differentials: nights ($5.50) and weekends ($3) Sign‑On Bonus: $20k for nights until 7/31/26, $15k for days No commitment/Repayment Agreement. In collaboration with the physician and your preceptor, you will implement the assessment plan, evaluate and follow up on the plan of care for the patient population: Initiate an ongoing systematic assessment of the physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs of patients and families. Interpret assessment data and information to develop a nursing care plan including problem identification, nursing diagnosis, orders, approaches, interventions, short‑/long‑term goals and discharge planning. Participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of rehabilitation goals. Ensure that documents in the medical record are complete, factual, accurate and timely. Minimum Requirements Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program. Valid state RN license required. BLS required at hire. Flexibility of scheduling to complete program requirements.
