• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as aCNC Machinist or similar machine operating role
• Familiarity with a variety of CNC machines and control systems
• Solid understanding of CNC programming concepts and machining techniques
• Ability to work independently while maintaining quality and safety standards

The Job in Action

• Operateconventional and CNC production machines, including (but not limited to):
  • winders, milling machines, drill presses, broaches, lathes, saws, grinders, and welders
• Perform finishing work such assanding and deburringto meet quality standards
• Apply knowledge ofmaterial hardness, tooling selection, cutting speeds/feeds, coolant requirements, and machining techniques
• Ensure all work meetsquality, safety, and production standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a safetyfocused manufacturing environment
