Warehouse Coordinator

Hood Container Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support production operations through inventory control, material staging, warehouse organization, and logistics coordination. This position plays a key role in ensuring materials are available when needed and inventory accuracy is maintained throughout the facility.

What You'll Do

• Stage materials and paperwork for scheduled production jobs.
• Coordinate inventory movement between warehouse locations and buildings.
• Scan, track, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure production lines are stocked and ready for startup.
• Support FIFO inventory practices and warehouse organization.
• Work closely with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to meet operational goals.
• Provide backup support for inventory and cycle counting activities.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• Warehouse, inventory, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.
• Forklift experience or willingness to become certified.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
