Conduct evaluations across pediatric, adult, and geriatric groups utilizing both standardized assessments and observational methods.

Craft personalized treatment plans tailored to meet short-term and long-term goals related to communication, cognitive skills, or swallowing needs.

Deliver one-on-one speech therapy interventions emphasizing communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.

Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to ensure integrated care plans.

Provide education for patients and families to support progress in self-directed practice outside of clinical sessions.

Participate in occasional inpatient speech therapy evaluations, ensuring seamless continuity of patient care.

Maintain meticulous and timely documentation according to state, federal, and organizational regulations.

Engage with ongoing advancements in the field through continuing education and interactions with peers.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for a spectrum of ages, with a thorough knowledge of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Outstanding interpersonal communication skills applicable to patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
