As team leader, you will have direct influence over your team of appointment setters, helping expand our company’s impact. You will have a stable schedule, consistent paycheck, a benefits package and access to company sponsored trips to award your exceptional efforts 

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Nacogdoches Location - Serve as one of the key cornerstones of the team, providing steady leadership and unwavering support.
• Build and Develop a High-Performing Team - Foster a culture of collaboration, motivation, and accountability that drives collective success.
• Oversee Appointment Scheduling - Manage and optimize the scheduling of appointments with federal employees—focusing on helping clients secure their financial futures and maximize their federal benefits.
• Motivate and Inspire Your Team - Create a positive, high-energy environment that keeps your team engaged, goal-focused, and excited to grow.
• Drive Operational Excellence - Deliver clear direction and consistent support to ensure peak performance and productivity.

What It Takes to Lead Here

• Experience in management, call centers, retail, sales, or restaurant leadership preferred
• Background in outbound calling is a plus
• A track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals
• Strong coaching and team-building skills
• Organizational and data-driven mindset with CRM proficiency
• Professional, commanding presence—balanced with approachability
• Creative problem-solving and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite (Salesforce a bonus)
