What You’ll Do: Be the friendly voice on the phone, assisting patients with scheduling and inquiries Greet and check in patients with a warm smile and professional demeanor Manage a variety of front desk tasks with efficiency and attention to detail Ensure smooth patient flow through excellent time management and multitasking skills What We’re Looking For: 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare experience a plus, but not required!)
