As a Bartender/Barista at Raiz Eatery, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and Mocktails.
• Engaging with customers to take orders, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including bar and coffee equipment.
• Monitoring inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth service and a positive environment.

We’re searching for someone with a passion for hospitality and a knack for crafting delicious drinks. To thrive in this role, you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience as a bartender, barista, or in a similar role.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with us.
