Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality primary care to senior patients.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, preventative care, and management of chronic conditions.

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness.

Requirements:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Oklahoma License
