This position has responsibility of managing the process for creation, review and release of quality systems documents and ensuring that these documents meet Tenneco and IATF16949 requirements. Responsible for verification of controlled documents of external & internal origin such as specifications, standards, customer specifics, CCR's, deviations, IPCs and Traveler updates, etc. Responsible for managing IA documentations, QA BOS, COPQ & QR reporting, and participates in development of PFMEAs and CPs.RESPONSIBILITIES:Verifies controlled documents of external & internal origin such as, specifications, standards, customer specifics, etc..Update Share Point internal audit findings & scan documentation onto the networkManages the process for creation, review and release of quality systems documents and ensuring that these documents meet Tenneco and IATF16949 requirements.Maintain Quality Assurance BOS, COPQ reporting and QR reportingParticipate in development of PFMEAs and Control PlansOther duties as assignedRequired skills:Associate degree or equivalent experienceQuality auditing experience preferredDemonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across various levels of the organizationExcellent computer skills including Work, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePointMust be detail oriented with strong organizational and problem solving skillsTrained as an IATF16949 Internal Auditor preferredDemonstrated expertise and experience in applying IATF16949 requirementsAbility to read blue prints is requiredMinimal travel is requiredPhysical Demands & Work Environment:Often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feelOccasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawlVision abilities required to include close visionOccasionally exposed to moving mechanicals parts and vehiclesThe noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loudOccasionally required to sort defective materialEqual opportunity employer as to all protected groups, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities
