What You'll Do

• Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations in a high-volume environment
• Drive sales, profitability, labor, and food cost performance
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing management and hourly team
• Create an outstanding guest experience while maintaining operational excellence
• Analyze restaurant metrics and implement action plans to improve performance
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous development
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of successful Restaurant General Manager experience
• Background in Quick Service, Fast Casual, High-Volume Restaurants, or Convenience Store Food Service
• Experience managing full P&L responsibility
• Strong labor management and food cost control experience
• Proven success hiring, developing, and promoting team members
• Hands-on leadership style with excellent business acumen
• Stable employment history with strong tenure
• Valid Driver's License
• Authorized to work in the United States

Highly Preferred

• Experience with Chick-fil-A or other best-in-class quick-service restaurant concepts
• Leaders who are motivated by entrepreneurship and long-term ownership opportunities
