What You’ll Do: As the face of our service department, you’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Include: Greeting customers professionally and making them feel welcome. Listening carefully to customer concerns and documenting vehicle issues accurately. Explaining recommended repairs and maintenance in a clear, easy‑to‑understand manner. Preparing detailed service estimates and keeping customers informed throughout the repair process. Coordinating with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and correctly. Maintaining accurate service records and billing information. Helping customers stay on top of future maintenance needs. Delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships. What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys helping people. Qualifications: Previous automotive service advisor experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair processes. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment. Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
