What You'll Do

• Provide advanced emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
• Assess patient conditions accurately and efficiently
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records (EPIC experience required)
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
• Support weekend and holiday coverage as required

What You Need

Required:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or eligible for licensure
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIH, CPI certifications
• Minimum 2 years' ER nursing experience
• Pediatric care experience is preferred

Preferred:

• EPIC EMR system experience
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
