Pay Rate: $45.00 - $55.00 / Hour depending on experience. Sign-on Bonus available. Job Summary In this vital role, you’ll provide high-quality clinical care, support residents in their recovery and daily wellness, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure each resident receives personalized, dignified care. This position reports to the Director of Nursing. Job Duties Ensures proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment. Develops and ensures the nursing care plan and collaborates with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants. Makes nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the strategy of care. Collaborates with the resident, members of the healthcare team. Records the administration of medication. Monitors assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed following all state and government regulations and safety procedures as outlined by the facility. Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies. Performs other duties as directed. And any other tasks assigned to you with or without notice by nurse management or NHA. Requirements / Experience Associate’s Degree. Active RN/LPN license. 2+ years’ experience as an RN/LPN in a nursing community preferred. Desire to care for residents and act with integrity.
