Program Manager

We are seeking a Program Manager with strong nCino and PMO experience to lead large-scale banking transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of banking operations , nCino implementation , and system integrations across loan origination and core banking systems. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end nCino implementation and integration programs within banking environments. Manage project governance, scope, budget, and delivery timelines. Collaborate with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure successful deployment. Establish PMO standards, drive risk management , and ensure regulatory compliance. Communicate program status and deliverables effectively to senior stakeholders. Required Skills: 8+ years of Program/ Project Management experience in Banking or Financial Services . Hands-on functional experience with nCino platform. Proven track record of system implementation and integration projects . Strong PMO, stakeholder management , and communication skills.
