Compensation and Benefits Range of pay: 1,000 minimum daily draw or 33% of collected production, whichever is higher (current average is $1,000 - $2,500) Medical /Dental/ Vision Benefits for Full Time Online CE Zoom membership Part Time- and Full-Time availability. Life insurance and 401K Office hours M-F 9-6, Saturday 8-2 Policy In the event that a dentist’s collected production is less than the "Minimum daily draw" on any given day, the dentist will receive a draw against future collection-based payments up to the stated amount. The practice will deduct any draw advances from the dentist’s future collected production earnings.
