Personal Care Assistant

$14 - $19 per hour

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants to provide essential support to clients in Auburn Hills, MI. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will help individuals maintain their independence and improve their quality of life through personalized care and assistance with daily activities.
Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
Support with mobility and transferring as needed
Help with meal preparation and feeding
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
Provide companionship and emotional support
Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior to the care team
Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals

Requirements

Previous experience in caregiving or personal care assistance is a plus
Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
Reliable and punctual with strong organizational skills
Ability to pass background checks and meet company health and safety standards
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a plus
