No experience or degree required. Full training paid. You will learn the licensed trade (IICRC certification, on us), work with real equipment, and respond to real emergencies helping homeowners recover from water, fire, and storm damage. Work with a crew. Learn the science of restoration (psychrometrics, structural drying, microbial remediation). Talk to customers on the worst day of their year and help fix it. What We’re Looking For 18+, valid driver's license, able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet Show up on time, ready to work Willing to be on‑call rotation (water damage doesn’t keep banker’s hours) Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, not required This is a trade. Two years in, you’re a certified technician earning real money. Five years in, you’re running jobs or a crew. Ten years in, you’re running a location. That path is real here; most of our leaders came up through this exact role. Compensation: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour.
