What you'll tackle

• Develop and refine CNC programs for diverse machining operations.
• Set up, prove out, and operate CNC machines to achieve stable, efficient runs.
• Partner with production to troubleshoot and eliminate machining issues.
• Execute scheduled maintenance and calibration to ensure machine accuracy.
• Analyze production results to find efficiency gains and implement improvements.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures and quality standards.
• Coach junior staff on both CNC programming and day‑to‑day machine operation.

• Leverage CAD/CAM expertise and practical machining knowledge to deliver clean, reliable programs.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related engineering discipline.
• Proven background in CNC programming and hands‑on machining.
• Strong command of CAD/CAM software and CNC machine operations.
