Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking a personable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their team. This individual will be responsible for assisting customers with questions, orders, account information, and general support while providing a positive and professional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing a high volume of customer interactions.
