Material Handler Associate – 3rd Shift

Job Responsibilities: 

• Load and Monitor Bulk Food Products:
  Safely load bulk food into processing equipment, ensuring correct quantities and types are used. Monitor product flow and equipment performance to avoid blockages, spills, or operational delays. 

• Inspect and Prepare Products for Shipping:
  Inspect product and packaging for defects or damage before loading into equipment or palletizing. Accurately palletize finished product cases according to company specifications and prepare them for storage or shipment. 

• Maintain a Clean, Safe, and Organized Work Environment:
  Keep workstations clean and free of clutter throughout the shift. Regularly dispose of waste, organize materials, and follow safety protocols to prevent accidents or contamination. 

• Support Food Safety and Quality Control:
  Watch for and report any signs of potential foreign material contamination. Always follow company food safety policies and procedures to protect product integrity and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. 

• Assist with Cleaning and Sanitation Tasks:
  When supporting the sanitation team, help clean and sanitize production rooms and equipment in accordance with strict food safety standards and company procedures to maintain a hygienic processing environment. 

Pay: $17 an hour 

Location: Addison, IL (Entrance on Belden | Free company-owned parking lot 

Schedule Options: 

• 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (depends on workload) 

• Overtime available on Saturdays (depends on workload) 

Requirements: 

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments 

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs 

• Must be able to stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive motions for 8-hour shifts 

• Comfortable working in a physically active role
