*8+ month contract, high potential for conversion or extension Description We are seeking an experienced and strategic recruiting professional to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders in San Jose. In this role, you will partner closely with stakeholders to understand evolving workforce needs, develop effective talent acquisition strategies, and deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in engineering and technical recruiting, combined with excellent consultative skills, business acumen, and a passion for building diverse, high-performing teams. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of functions and levels, from intake through offer acceptance Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies Source, engage, and recruit highly skilled engineering and technical talent in competitive markets Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to support current and future hiring demands Serve as a consultative advisor to stakeholders, influencing hiring decisions and promoting best practices Lead recruitment-related projects and drive continuous process improvements Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the hiring process to ensure a positive experience Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Track and report on key recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness and inform strategy Skills Full-cycle recruitment expertise across diverse functions and seniority levels Technical and engineering recruiting with deep knowledge of sourcing strategies for competitive talent markets Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders Proven ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines Strong negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities Project leadership and process improvement experience Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment Experience Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles and levels Proven track record recruiting for engineering and other technical positions in competitive marketsExperience leading talent acquisition projects and implementing process improvements Background working as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring managers This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position: Min:$36/Hr Mid:$45/Hr Max:$56/Hr Magnit Direct Source is a service offered by Magnit Global that provides top talent directly to industry leading clients who have flexible temporary assignments that work on a variety of projects and unlock opportunities for exciting work.
