Overview Mercor is recruiting UK-based Legal Experts for a research project with a leading foundational model AI lab. Ideal candidates have worked in roles such as: Associate, Senior Associate, Counsel, Partner. We're especially interested in candidates from Kirkland & Ellis, Latham & Watkins, and White & Case, though strong PE or cross-border M&A experience from similar US firms with UK presence is also welcome. You'll help create, review, and simulate realistic legal scenarios, including private equity transactions, cross-border M&A, leveraged buyouts, fund formation, regulatory filings, and deal structuring. Strong candidates understand how international finance deals operate, including Partner-led teams working across PE, M&A, and debt financing workstreams. US bar qualification is a plus. Details You will be contributing to high-quality training data for frontier AI systems. You are available to work 40 hours/week. Successful contributions increase the odds that you are selected on future projects with Mercor.
