Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Personal Care Assistant (PCA) At Right at Home Lake Norman/Charlotte, we are dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality in-home care to individuals in our community. As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live as independently as possible, while also promoting their overall well-being and quality of life. What We Offer:

- Flexible scheduling: Full-time or part-time, Monday-Friday, with every other weekend shifts (with extra pay!)

- Provide personal care services to clients, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Support clients with mobility issues or disabilities
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a related field (with certification in CNA, PCA, or HHA a plus)
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen test
- Passion for nursing, caregiving, and seniors/adults with disabilities
