Job Summary:
Radiology Technologist specializing in Nuclear Medicine in LA MESA, California. This position involves providing individualized patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of therapeutic and diagnostic procedures. The role requires collaboration with clinical teams and serving as a patient advocate in delivering holistic and quality-focused care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week, with on-call responsibilities on an as-needed basis, requiring a 45-minute response time.
• Required Qualifications: Certified Technologist Nuclear Medicine (CTNM), Certification from California Department of Public Health, or equivalent, with NMTCB or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (N) certification. Certified Computed Tomography (CT) through ARRT (CT) or NMTCB (CT). BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Satisfactory completion of formal training at an accredited school for Nuclear Medicine Technology meeting California and federal certification standards.
• Preferred Qualifications: Care planning, care implementation, radiology, patient care, patient assessment, care evaluation, clinical collaboration, advocacy.
• Schedule Notes: Responsible for on-call duties with specific protocols for dose administration, involving timely coordination with pharmacy and healthcare providers. Shifts include evenings and variable weekdays, with hours ranging from 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM based on operational needs.
