We are committed to excellence through a strong foundation of training, systems, culture, and support. Our Inside Origination Team is designed to help Loan Officers grow their careers with hands‑on mentorship and structured development. Role Description We’re looking for new or motivated Loan Officers with a few years of experience who are ready to take their careers to the next level. Whether you’re currently in the industry or returning after a break, this role offers the training and support needed to thrive. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a Loan Officer, LOA, or Loan Processor MLO License (Required, unless entering the training program) Strong work ethic, accountability, and coachability Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy Ability to commute or relocate to Braintree, MA 02184 #J-18808-Ljbffr MBA Mortgage Corporation
