Primary Care Physician, Women’s Health Innovation - San Francisco, CA - Onsite

Physician (MD/DO): Primary Care Part‑time (0.5 FTE, 20 hrs/week) Physician passionate about providing comprehensive primary care to women for Tia’s San Francisco clinic. About the role As a Physician (MD/DO) at Tia you’ll be integral to the excellent care we provide. Your clinical expertise related to the full spectrum of providing affirming primary care for women—including preventative care, holistic primary care, and acute and chronic disease management—and your desire to teach and collaborate will play an integral part of our clinical team. Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is preferred, but we will consider other relevant specialties. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care to women, including preventive care, hypertension management, diabetes management, urgent care, dermatologic condition management, STD screening, UTI & vaginal infection consults, pelvic pain, vaginal bleeding, and birth control counseling. Engage in teaching and collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team, including nurse practitioners, therapists, and acupuncture providers. Partner with Tia’s technical teams to contribute to the technology life cycle of the products and tools used for patient care. Support credentialing with specified payors and authorize Tia to complete this credentialing through preferred vendors. Who you are Board certified or board eligible Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine preferred) in California with an unrestricted license. Motivated to elevate women’s care by bringing a shared‑decision making approach to women’s health. Comfortable managing a variety of clinical cases with curiosity, warmth, and collaboration. Facile with technology and interested in developing new technology to support high‑quality clinical care. Data‑driven, consistently incorporating new research into day‑to‑day practice. Excited about teaching and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Tolerant and inclusive thinker. Nice to Have Background that is meaningfully different from those already forming our team, with care experiences in various communities or modalities.
