RN Unit Manager

Position: RN Unit Manager Responsibilities Lead clinical care on a resident-focused unit in a skilled nursing and rehab setting. Supervise nursing staff including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. Coordinate and develop comprehensive care plans for residents. Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Conduct assessments and manage documentation accurately. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families to optimize resident care. Qualifications & Skills Compassionate and organized RN with strong clinical judgment. Leadership skills and ability to supervise multidisciplinary teams.
