Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer is a key player in a community bank. This goes beyond bean‑counting and numbers crunching. This is a role with a true community‑focused bank—high energy and intent are a must! This position oversees a myriad of banking departments, subject to change based on the expertise of the candidate. This role will oversee many operations duties. CFO Requirements 5+ years in the banking industry, ideally within the accounting department Operations experience Investments experience Auditing background Leadership experience Degree in financing or another business field CFO Responsibilities Typical management responsibilities Prepare, determine, and approve all types of payments Review accounts Investments ACH Department functions Oversee/develop the implementation of different systems and activities Answer questions and troubleshoot issues daily This opportunity includes an excellent compensation and benefits package.
