Extension is hiring a Paralegal on behalf of our client for an exciting direct-hire opportunity in downtown Milwaukee!

Location: Downtown Milwaukee, WI (Onsite)

Salary: $70,000–$83,000

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

Parking: Employer-paid downtown parking!

What You'll Do:

• Manage personal injury cases throughout the litigation process.
• Draft pleadings, discovery documents, and other legal filings.
• Coordinate depositions, court deadlines, and trial preparation.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other parties to keep cases moving forward.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of litigation/paralegal experience preferred.
• Personal injury litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with pleadings, discovery, electronic filing, and case management.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
• A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
