Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings Negotiate contracts and offers between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms Stay updated on local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments Prepare and present detailed market analysis reports to clients Coordinate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and property listings using company CRM systems Qualifications Valid real estate license in the state of Missouri Minimum of 1 year experience in residential or commercial real estate sales Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships Compensation $97,500 – $145,700 USD Yearly.
