Provide backup support to legal secretaries and front desk when needed. Manage document formatting, scanning, and file organization. Handle correspondence preparation, including certified mail and courier services. Maintain accurate client files and ensure timely document filing. Act as a witness during client document signings. Manage email attachments and document distribution as required. What's On Offer Salary: $45,000-$60,000, depending on experience. Competitive benefits package. 25 days of paid time off annually. The Successful Applicant A successful Word Processor should have: 2+ years of Word Processing or administrative experience, ideally in a legal setting. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe tools. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills. Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines. Team-oriented with a flexible, support-focused mindset. High school diploma required; additional education preferred.
