Food Trailer Team Member

The Food Trailer Team Member position is primarily in charge of operating our off-site food trailer at community events. This role is ideal for someone dependable, flexible, and who enjoys serving guests in unique locations.

Expectations:

Drive a truck and trailer to and from event locations
Set up, operate, and break down the food trailer
Prepare and serve food with speed, accuracy, and hospitality
Handle cash, manage the register, and balance tills
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
When not scheduled for trailer events, you will work as a Front-of-House Team Member or Delivery Driver

Schedule:

Lunch events are from 11:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m.
Dinner events are from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Food trailer season is from March to November
Year round or seasonal roles available

Requirements:

23 years or older
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Able to drive a truck and pull a trailer (training provided)
Dependable and able to work with minimal supervision
Strong customer service and communication skills
Able to count and manage cash handling responsibilities

Location: Waterloo
